Deplana IPTV – Terms of Service

5.2 Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEPLANA IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE DEPLANA IPTV SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE, OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THIRD PARTIES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

5.3 Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL DEPLANA IPTV’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE DEPLANA IPTV SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DEPLANA IPTV IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

6. Termination

6.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your subscription to the Deplana IPTV Service at any time through your account settings. Your termination will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle.

6.2 Termination by Deplana IPTV: Deplana IPTV may terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including, but not limited to, if you violate these Terms, engage in any prohibited conduct, or fail to pay your subscription fees.

6.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your access to the Deplana IPTV Service, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will no longer be able to access the Service. Any outstanding payment obligations will become immediately due and payable.

7. General Terms
